Hi! I'm Ana, co-founder of CaseChamp.
I recently left Bain after six years, where I was deeply involved in recruiting - from reviewing thousands of resumes to running hundreds case interviews (both prep and real). I also spent six months embedded full‑time in Bain's Northeast Recruiting team, owning the funnel from first‑round resume review to final offer recommendations for New York and Boston.
I saw firsthand how talented candidates struggled not because they lacked ability, but because they didn't have access to realistic practice.
The gap in the market was obvious: coaching costs hundreds of dollars per hour (if you can even find a good coach), and practicing with peers who are also learning can be hit-or-miss (and awkward). And the class of existing "AI" tools felt robotic and scripted, and we were unimpressed at their ability to really replicate the feel of a case interview.
That's why my technical co-founder and I built CaseChamp.ai. We wanted to create something that actually feels like sitting across from a real interviewer - the back-and-forth, the follow-up questions, the need to think on your feet. Our AI is trained on hundreds of hours of real interviews to capture not just the content, but the rhythm and responsiveness of human conversation. I can't get into our proprietary techniques (for obvious reasons), but we've extensively moulded the best-in-class AI tools to be tailored for case interview preparation.
On top of that, we've personally written every case to meet the right quality bar. You should be wary of websites promising you 100+ case interviews, because chances are that they've just scraped casebooks (where the quality is varied, at best).
We've been in your shoes, we've been on the other side of the table, and now we're building the tool we wish had existed when we were recruiting.
